activity state
participation approval
whether transport/equipment is available

Messages or updates look outdated

pull to refresh
check connectivity
active threads use realtime, but the local-first layer may temporarily render a recent cached snapshot first

I requested account deletion

Deactivate suspends access without deleting data
Delete starts a GDPR flow with grace period and asynchronous finalization
