FAQ and Troubleshooting ​

Activity images do not appear ​

  • verify internet access
  • if the issue persists, open Profile > About and use Clear local cache

Some activity actions are missing ​

Actions depend on:

  • your role
  • activity state
  • participation approval
  • whether transport/equipment is available

Messages or updates look outdated ​

  • pull to refresh
  • check connectivity
  • active threads use realtime, but the local-first layer may temporarily render a recent cached snapshot first

I requested account deletion ​

  • Deactivate suspends access without deleting data
  • Delete starts a GDPR flow with grace period and asynchronous finalization
